Keep in mind when you are looking for a property management company that many of the companies in our area charge a monthly fee (admin fee) plus a commission (or % of the rental income). Our goal is to keep your costs to a minimum. We only charge the monthly fee if the house is empty and the commission when the house is rented.
We do offer a number of additional services that you may decide would suit your needs now or in the future once you decide on your long-term goals for your home. Let us know and we are happy to discuss these with you.
** Please note: landscaping, exterminator, deep house cleaning, contracted repairs, and maintenance are additional fees. We will get bids and discuss this with you prior to having any of the work completed. You will incur no extra fees without your approval.

No matter whether you already own your property or just intend to make a purchase, we will provide a free detailed consultation for you about our services and prices after a site visit to your property.

Regular visits to your property, written reports of all visits with the status of your property and videos giving you peace of mind.

Each month we will send you a statement which will include any expense over and above your agreed upon monthly service fee. All receipts are attached for ultimate transparency and tracking purposes. Please note that prior to any additions fees for repairs or upkeep we will contact you, the homeowner, for approval. We will also get bids when necessary to make sure you are getting a fair price.

We will work to protect your investment and save you money with quick cost effective, timely repairs and upkeep with day to day maintenance including small repairs.

This service is customized to your needs. It can include airing out the home, turning on the AC system, making sure there are clean linen on the beds and in the bathrooms are just some examples of the services that can be included.

We will provide light house cleaning services while you are away from your home.
If you would like a deep cleaning prior to your arrival we can make arrangements for this. **

We will customize a maintenance plan to fit your needs. **

We can get your pool ready for you to enjoy when you arrive at your property. **

We can arrange for a private car to pick you up from the Merida airport. (Extra fee - transportation through a third party vendor.)

We can arrange for an exterminator to come to your home on a schedule that you agree to. **

We will make sure all the preparation for hurricane season is done and arrange for any cleaning or repairs needed if a hurricane should happen.

Trouble paying the CFE, Prolimpia, SMAPAP, internet bills or property taxes from outside of Mexico? We can do this for you for a small fee.
