The shared space offers a 4th story seating area  with breathtaking 360 degree view that includes the ria, Chelem, and the Gulf of Mexico.

The shared space 2nd story offers a full outdoor kitchen, seating for dinning, indoor seating area, and bathroom.

Then of course there is the amazing shared garden/pool area with a hot tub.

Walking distance to some local restaurants. An approximate 20 min drive to the newly renovated Puerto Progreso malecon and a 30 min drive to beautiful Merida. Chichen Itza, Uxmal, Izamal (The city of Gold), Santa Barbara cenotes and many more historical Mayan sites are within a 2-hour drive. No car, that’s ok, Tuk tuks, Taxis, and private drivers are all available for hire.
